Wild horses

This is a complete reimagining of the original Rolling Stones song – actually, this version is inspired by a version that was used during an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer! It strips everything back and exposes the raw beauty of the song, with its plaintive lyrics and haunting chorus. It has proved a firm favourite with Tim’s own choir, and never fails to get a strong reaction from audiences. The surge forwards on the lyric “So let’s do some living after we die” tugs at the heartstrings, and the gentle ending wraps the audience in a warm coccoon. Magical!
