Someone you loved

Lewis Capaldi’s performance of “Someone you loved” feels so anguished on the original record, and I wanted to capture that in this arrangement. There’s big dynamic contrast between the verses and the chorus, and the sopranos have the tough job of sustaining that energy in each chorus. There are a couple of really big fall-offs in this arrangement, and it’s worth making a big deal out of these.
